3 working days from the date you place your order. The courier will need to obtain
a signature on delivery.
Please note that some remote postcode areas of Scotland and Cornwall require an
extra day for delivery, as the parcels get handed over from the courier to Royal
Mail for final delivery.

Please print off your order confirmation and bring it with you when you collect your order from store. If you are unable to bring your order confirmation please take some form of personal identification.

We offer a world-wide delivery service – and we know our customers well enough
to know that this can mean literally anywhere! The exact delivery time will vary
from country to country and may be less than the quoted 7 - 10 days. Overseas orders
are entrusted to a variety of carriers and it is essential that we have a telephone
contact number so that the local courier can arrange a suitable delivery tme. The
courier will require a signatureupon delivery to acknowledge receipt of the package.
To help combat credit card fraud, we would normally require the delivery address
to be in the same country as the cardholder’s billing address. This rule, however,
is not ‘set in stone’: we will do our best to accommodate any reasonable delivery
request.
Import duty is payable to the customs authorities in the destination country.

Use of correct postal address
1. HQ British Forces Post Office (HQ BFPO) has recently completed upgrading and
improving our electronic sortation system to make the operation more efficient in
the processing of articles received from couriers and commercial delivery companies.
These updates and improvements, together with adherence to the addressing policy
as described below, should ensure that companies using the BFPO Commercial Receipts
process benefit from speedy processing of their articles and accurate, timely billing.
2. To enable these changes to be effective it is vitally important that articles
received by BFPO be correctly addressed; Guidance for the correct format required
for the addressing of articles and where to place the address label on the article
is as set out below.
3. Correct addressing formats for:
a) Mail to a Serviceman/Woman, Unit or Establishment
Number, Rank, Name
Appointment (CO, OC, QM etc)

Note:
i) Where a BFPO number is used geographical place names such as a countryARE NOT
ALSO TO BE STATED as this can lead to articles circulating via civilian postal
channels, causing delay, excess postal charges or even loss. The BFPO number
MUST be the bottom line of the address
ii) Operation identifying number, eg Op Herrick 8 MUST NOT BE STATED
as this can lead to articles being sent to incorrect locations, causing delay or
even loss.
