Delivery to mainland UK (Standard)

Postage to UK addresses is £3.95.

Delivery Time
Up to 3 working days from placing the order
Delivery will be by DPD within 3 working days from the date you place your order. The courier will need to obtain a signature on delivery.
Please note that some remote postcode areas of Scotland and Cornwall require an extra day for delivery, as the parcels get handed over from the courier to Royal Mail or a third party for final delivery.

Delivery to mainland UK (Priority)

Postage to UK addresses is £5.95.

Delivery Time
Next working day delivery, if ordered by 3:00pm Monday – Friday.
We will process your order the same working day, provided you order before 3:00pm Monday - Friday. Your order will be despatched by courier and will be with you the following working day. The courier will need to obtain a signature on delivery. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.
Please note that some remote postcode areas of Scotland and Cornwall require an extra day for delivery.

The UK postcode areas that DPD state as offshore, taking 2 working days, are all of Northern Ireland, that is postcodes starting BT. All of the Isle of Man,that is postcodes starting IM. Scottish Islands, HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA34, PA41-48, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3, Scilly Isles, TR21. Also some of the Scottish Highlands - postcodes AB31, AB33-38 & AB44-56, FK17-99, G83, IV1-28, IV30-39, KW1-14, PA21-33, PA35-40, PH18-26, PH30-42

Deliver To Store Option

You can pick up your order from one of our Rohan shops and delivery will be free.*

The Deliver to Store option is available to you at the checkout stage of our website.

When you have placed your order, and are at the checkout screen:
Simply select '£0.00 Deliver to Store: Up to 3 Working Days', and a drop-down box will appear below. Select the shop you would like to collect your order from and then complete your order.

One of the Rohan shop team will call you when your order has arrived in store and is ready for collection. Please print off your order confirmation and bring it with you when you collect your order from store. If you are unable to bring your order confirmation please take some form of personal identification.

Our Deliver to Store facility is available to all Rohan customers.

We offer a world-wide delivery service – and we know our customers well enough to know that this can mean literally anywhere! The exact delivery time will vary from country to country and may be less than the quoted 7 - 10 days. Overseas orders are entrusted to a variety of carriers and it is essential that we have a telephone contact number so that the local courier can arrange a suitable delivery time. The courier will require a signature upon delivery to acknowledge receipt of the package. To help combat credit card fraud, we would normally require the delivery address to be in the same country as the cardholder’s billing address. This rule, however, is not ‘set in stone’: we will do our best to accommodate any reasonable delivery request.

Import duty is payable to the customs authorities in the destination country.

Delivery to BFPO

Postage is £3.95 to BFPO addresses.

Your order is handed over to the BFPO within 3 working days.

Use of correct postal address
1. HQ British Forces Post Office (HQ BFPO) has recently completed upgrading and improving our electronic sortation system to make the operation more efficient in the processing of articles received from couriers and commercial delivery companies. These updates and improvements, together with adherence to the addressing policy as described below, should ensure that companies using the BFPO Commercial Receipts process benefit from speedy processing of their articles and accurate, timely billing.

2. To enable these changes to be effective it is vitally important that articles received by BFPO be correctly addressed; Guidance for the correct format required for the addressing of articles and where to place the address label on the article is as set out below.

3. Correct addressing formats for:

a) Mail to a Serviceman/Woman, Unit or Establishment
Number, Rank, Name
Appointment (CO, OC, QM etc)
Branch or Sub-Unit Title
HQ or Unit Title
BFPO Number

b) Mail to a Serviceman/Woman, Unit or Establishment Deployed on Operations
Number, Rank, Name
Appointment (CO, OC, QM etc)
Operation (Insert name of Operation)
BFPO Number

Note:

i) Where a BFPO number is used geographical place names such as a country ARE NOT ALSO TO BE STATED as this can lead to articles circulating via civilian postal channels, causing delay, excess postal charges or even loss. The BFPO number MUST be the bottom line of the address
ii) Operation identifying number, eg Op Herrick 8 MUST NOT BE STATED as this can lead to articles being sent to incorrect locations, causing delay or even loss.
