If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase or need to exchange an item, please email or telephone Rohan Customer Services on 0800 840 1411. We'll be able to explain the best way to proceed.
If posting your return to us, please re-package your goods carefully and use the Royal Mail's Recorded Signed For™ or similar service to send your items. Please enclose the completed Returns Form (which is included in your delivery) and, if required, a covering letter outlining the nature of the return.
For International returns, please mark your parcel as "returned goods" otherwise it may get held up at customs which will cause your refund to be delayed.

If you prefer, you may return your purchase to any of the Rohan Stores.
In either case, if you have paid a delivery charge, are returning the complete order and have made contact with us within 7 days, this delivery charge will be refunded. If you are returning only part of your order, it is our policy (in line with current Distance Selling Regulations) not to repay the delivery charge.
