Offering versatility without compromise, our Escapers are the perfect choice for walking, sailing, cycling and climbing. But because of their neat, understated appearance they’re equally suitable for travelling and everyday wear too.
The secret is the fabric: it’s inherently tough and comes with built-in stretch to offer an unbeatable combination of durability and unrestricted freedom of movement – without the need to resort to ‘techy’, baggy cuts or ugly reinforcement patches.
It’s a blend of rugged polyamide and stretchy elastane that’s been treated with our advanced Dynamic Moisture Finish™ for super-efficient wicking and complete comfort in hot or humid conditions.
It also offers Total* protection from the harmful effects of UV radiation and a really useful level of wind resistance – without compromising breathability.
They’re simple to wash – by hand or in the washing machine – and will comfortably dry overnight, ready for more action the next morning. Needless to say, they’ll never need ironing – which, if you’ve got a busy day planned, is a pretty good thing!
They feature two deep hand pockets – both are mesh lined to maximise breathability and keep weight to an absolute minimum. The left-hand pocket features an accessory loop – the right-hand pocket includes an internal, zipped security pocket. There’s also a second zipped pocket on the rear.

Our sun protective clothing is tested in accordance with EN 13858-2 standards. Garments awarded our Total (UPF 40+) rating block 98% of harmful UVA + UVB radiation to covered areas. The protection offered may be reduced with extended wear or if the garment is stretched or wet.
