Here at Rohan, our favourite items tend to be the ones that are lightest, pack the smallest and offer the most versatility.

And our Spark Vest, part of our Elite Series, certainly scores highly in all three areas - it’s a super-lightweight insulated vest offering core warmth - in an astonishingly compact package.

It’s filled with Insuloft™, our phenomenally efficient synthetic insulated wadding. We’ve gone for a 40g weight - it’s light, compressible and provides a great insulation boost - even when it’s wet.

The outer is an ultralight, 20 denier polyamide which is windproof, hardwearing and extremely quick drying.

The vest is fully reversible and closes with a series of snap fasteners down the front. The rear hem is shaped to avoid that unpleasant ‘cold back’ feeling.

The style is designed to be worn across our range - it works well with all our outdoor fleeces and base layers as part of a technical layering system but it’s also designed to blend in with our travel tops, smarter items and everyday clothing. In fact, it’s the sort of thing that you might buy with a specific trek or trip in mind, but just keep on wearing - and wearing and wearing - everyday when you get back.
