Exchange / Refunds / Cancellations
If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase or need to exchange an item, please post it back to us, or alternatively, you may wish to return your purchase to any of our shops. Should you require any advice please contact our Customer Service Department on freephone 0800 840 1411 or email us at email@example.com.
If posting your return to us, please re-package your goods carefully and use the Royal Mail's Recorded Signed For™ or similar service to send your items as Rohan cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post. Please enclose the completed Returns Form (which is included in your delivery) and, if required, a covering letter outlining the nature of the return.
For International returns, please mark your parcel as "returned goods" otherwise it may get held up at customs which will cause your refund to be delayed.

You have the right to cancel your order at any point up to 14 days after full receipt of the goods providing you contact our Customer Services department stating your desire to do so (email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0800 840 1411) after which you should then return your goods at your cost within 14 days. You will be refunded the cost of the goods plus the original postage cost up to a maximum of our standard UK mainland delivery charge (i.e. not including any premium you may have paid for priority delivery). If you are returning only part of your order, it is our policy (in line with current Distance Selling Regulations) not to repay the delivery charge.
