You’ll find plenty of little independent shops on Cowbridge High Street, from fashion and furniture to vintage delights and florists. The streets are pretty all year round and during spring/summer, expect to see many colourful flower pots and quintessential delights.

Come autumn/winter, streets and stores are also aesthetically pleasing, with mini trees illuminating the buildings on the High Street and fairy lights twinkling in the night.

With plenty of eateries around town, you won’t go hungry. Aroma Café next door to the Rohan store is a good option for coffee and breakfast and for lunch, head to Elephant & Bun Kitchen. There are plenty of pubs and bars too. The Bear is popular with its old country pub charm.

To test out your newly purchased Rohan gear, take a short trip out of Cowbridge to the vast golden beaches of Ogmore By Sea and Southerndown for a brisk coastal walk.
