30 minutes before sun exposure liberally apply the sun cream over dry skin. Just one application lasts for up to 8 hours and 80 minutes while swimming. However, if you are in a hot and humid climate reapply every 2 hours as well as after swimming or using a towel.Size: 30 x 80 x 150mm
