But this last year of lockdowns and restrictions has brought challenges in keeping fit and healthy. And the most recent restrictions has coincided with weather that has been far from encouraging even the bravest souls to venture outside regularly.
In the face of these facts, many of us have turned to fitness at home, looking through the many possibilities online to make sure that once the fells are once again freed to us that we are ready to take them on once again.
Perhaps you have become a Zoom Zumba devotee, risking furniture falls and flower display fails! You have possibly been joined by your pet, desperately trying to join in the exercise fun – disrupting, dangerous and devilishly fun!
