In May 2019, we successfully made our way onto the ‘Which? UK Retailer of the Year’ shortlist and announced as a Which? Recommended Provider in two sub-categories; Accessories, clothing and shoes (customer score 87%) and Outdoor and sporting equipment (customer score 90%). On 20 June, the overall winner will be announced at the Which? Awards.
Our steadfast commitment to going the extra mile and providing exemplary service to customers has resulted in Rohan’s proud position as the UK’s second-best high street retailer in the Which? high street shops survey, only just behind Richer Sounds.
The survey of more than 7,700 Which? members voted in favour of specialist retailers in terms of the best in-store experiences, and the overall customer score is based on satisfaction and the likelihood of recommending each shop.
