Well, it is two strands of cotton twisted together to create one stronger strand. So, it’s safe to say, it’s pretty durable.
The Tilley Medium Curved Brim Hat carries an impressive UPF 50+ sun protection rating* and is mildew resistant. There are four metal eyelets at the crown for greater air circulation. A secret pocket inside, sealed with Velcro. The fabric repels rain. It’ll float if it falls into water. And, a fabric tie helps to keep it in place if the wind picks up.
