  • The Full Story

The Pioneer Scarf is perfect whatever the occasion, the large size gives you extra coverage and can be wrapped around the shoulders to keep you warm when the evenings draw in. The lightweight jersey material has subtle micro-overlocked seam edges to provide extra comfort.

Insect Shield® is what makes this scarf a must, it keeps the insects away without you knowing. It works as a ‘contact repellent’, it impacts insects by causing a ‘hot foot’ reaction which makes them fly away before they get the chance to bite. So, you can continue to enjoy your evening knowing that you have that extra layer of protection.

Dynamic Moisture Control has been added to the fabric to provide ultimate comfort. DMC works to rapidly spread moisture such as sweat over a wide surface area of the fabric, this ensures that the garment dries faster, and even in the hottest and most humid of conditions you will benefit from evaporative cooling.

Fabric: 100% Polyester With Silvadur Odour Control Technology. Based On Silver Nitrate Made From Recycled Silver

  • Insect Shield®

Insect Shield® technology converts clothing into convenient, comfortable and effective protection against biting insects. Each garment is treated with permethrin – an invisible and odourless ingredient that helps protect against insects such as mosquitoes, ticks, ants, flies, chiggers and midges.
