The stretch fabric provides freedom of movement - essential for day long comfort. They’re also breathable and easy to care for, making them great for the long haul or simply as practical, smart work wear.
The soft elasticated section at the waist is discretely concealed behind the waistband itself to provide comfort without sacrificing style. They come with two buttoned back pockets, two side pockets and an internal zipped security pocket - plenty of options to carry your phone, credit cards, plus a few notes.
They're crease resistant and will dry overnight which means they combine great style with low-maintenance practicality.

All Rohan garments which carry our sun protection icon, have been tested in accordance with recognised international standards for ultraviolet radiation protection. As a guide to the level of protection offered to covered areas, garments are awarded a rating of UPF 40+. Protection may be significantly reduced with extended wear or if the garment is stretched or wet; the reduction of associated health risks will vary with other factors such as skin type or individual medical history.

All Rohan clothing is designed to be very fast drying – as much a benefit for unexpected downpours as anything else. It’s easy to wash and often needs no ironing. Almost all garments will dry overnight, meaning you can take less with you. We test every item and list its drying time.

These are really lovely fabric - heavy enough for cooler weather and a great shape but be warned - they are massive. I am a high street 12 but they are really big - I needed a 10 or maybe even smaller. I haven't returned them, as they didn't have the size I needed in stock so have taken in the waistband.
Finally worked out the problem I had Ayla trousers.
Bought these before and returned them. Looked awful. I realised that despite the fact I currently have six pairs of size 10 Rohan trousers and two twelves, I apparently now need size eight! And tops? Yep, now 8. Howerver, the Ayla trousers are super smart, functional and very comfy. From now on I'll order two sizes. Hate doing that as the odd member of staff have an attitude regarding returns. The rest are are absolutely lovely.
