The Full Story +

Light enough to carry anywhere and small enough to fit into the tiniest space in your luggage or main rucksack, the Stowaway Daypack 18 is an ultra-light pack-away rucksack designed specifically for the independent traveller.

The main body is made from siliconised rip-stop polyamide. It’s incredibly light, highly tear resistant and far more robust than appearances would suggest.

The capacity of the rucksack is a useful 18 litres so it’s perfect for city sight-seeing, short walks or cycling excursions. It also makes a great little flight bag.

The contents are accessed by a long horseshoe zip. Easy-grab zip tabs make it simple to use, even with cold hands. On the front, there is a decent sized zipped pocket, to keep documents, a map, or any other small essentials handy. And at the side, there’s another little zipped pocket into which the whole rucksack packs for convenient storage.

The back system is a light, simple arrangement of adjustable mesh straps with a lightly-padded mesh back panel. You wouldn’t want to carry gold ingots round in it, but for normal stuff, it’s fantastically comfortable and the mesh offers a bit more breathability.

Simple, functional and brilliantly useful.

Fundamental Principles
Lightweight - Weight: 200gLightweight - Weight: 200g

We were the original lightweight revolutionaries. Back in the 1970’s we realised that cutting weight without losing performance meant that you can take less and do more. Everything we make is engineered to achieve this.
