The versatile, packable Stowaway Duffel 50 gives you all the capacity you need from a travel duffel, with none of the bulk or weight.
Light enough to take anywhere, our Stowaway Duffle 50 is a compact duffle bag which offers handy extra capacity – whenever you need it.
It’s not a new idea. Airports have been selling similar items for years. And, to be honest, if all you want is a bit of extra space to ferry your duty free purchases home, there’s nothing wrong with these cheap ones at all.
Our version, however, is considerably more durable, much more packable and will last for many, many years – over many trips.
It’s made from siliconised rip-stop polyamide – it’s incredibly light but highly tear resistant. It’s also water repellent and much more robust than appearances would suggest.
The main contents are accessed via a full-length zip, which features easy-grab pullers. On one end, there is a small zipped side pocket for small essentials, but it also doubles as a PackPocket™ for easy stowage when not in use. On the other side there is a generous water resistant pocket to stash shoes, dirty laundry or your gym gear separately from the rest of your kit.
The carry straps are made from tough webbing, and have a central hook and loop padded handle so, if you’re carrying it as a grip bag, they’re nice and comfortable in the hand. There is also a removable, adjustable full length strap should you wish to carry it over your shoulder instead.
The base of the bag is made from heavy-duty CORDURA® polyamide which offers serious levels of both abrasion and tear resistance where you need it most.

We were the original lightweight revolutionaries. Back in the 1970’s we realised that cutting weight without losing performance meant that you can take less and do more. Everything we make is engineered to achieve this.
