Read more…The Vista Trousers are a great addition to your summer wardrobe, developed with an ergonomic shaped fit they have been designed for efficiency to keep up with you and go beyond. Made from lightweight and stretchy fabric, they will perfectly compliment you on your next adventure.
Featuring three zipped security pockets and a drop in rear pocket secured with a snap, there is plenty space to store the items you need for quick access. The pockets are made from mesh so as to not compromise on the lightweight nature of the trousers. Discreet hem scuff panels precent the heels of your walking boots from chaffing the material.
Durable Water Repellency will protect you from unexpected showers that you didn’t account for on your adventures. DWR is a treatment that has been applied to the outer fabric of these trousers. This means that water droplets are forced to ‘bead up’ and run off the fabric. This treatment can repel water for a while, but in prolonged or a heavy downpour the outer fabric will eventually wet out.

All Rohan clothing is designed to be very fast drying – as much a benefit for unexpected downpours as anything else. It’s easy to wash and often needs no ironing. Almost all garments will dry overnight, meaning you can take less with you. We test every item and list its drying time.

Vista trousers.
Compared to many other Rohan trousers I have bought over many years I find the material slippy & clingy to wear. It creases very easily so doesn't feel smart. I am not a fan of the larger material edged pockets. Sadly I will not be buying further pairs of this particular trouser.
Lightweight, superbly comfortable, smart
These tick every box for me - although I haven't yet put the DWR to the test. I really like the classic shape on the waist with quite a generous fit. I also really like the articulation round the knee, which is subtle but effective.
I am either a 10 or 12 in Rohan trousers - the Vista 10 is very comfortable and not tight at all. I bought a navy and a grey - both classic colours. They are very stretchy- perfect for travel and walking AND the 4 pockets are a good size - Rohan definitely back on form.
Vista Trousers
Purchased specifically for the Durable Water Repellency but not entirely happy with the fit. The knees seem very baggy which makes the trousers hang rather oddly, this could be exaggerated by the crease folds in the fabric where the darts have been sewn, I am hoping that this will improve after washing. The rest of the fit is OK and the fabric feels nice and lightweight for spring/summer.
