The Thermacell Halo Mosquito and Midge protector is a great, portable way to keep pests away from your backyard gathering or park picnic. It creates a 20m Sq. area of protection, lasting 12 hours (refills available), and is water-resistant for camping trips.
For continuous protection from pests, the blue mats will turn white when they are no longer effective, alerting you to switch the mat. The device can store four mats, making them readily available. When sitting outside for more than 4 hours, keep track of the time and the mat for best results. To change the mat, switch off the device and wait for the grill to cool before removing the used mat and inserting the new one.
