You can always expect a warm welcome from us whether in-store, over the phone, or over email. 

 

During normal working hours, a member of our customer service team will be happy to help you. Outside of normal working hours (9am to 5pm Monday to Friday), your call will be directed to an ‘out of hours’ family-run call centre who we have worked with for over 5 years.

You can reach us seven days a week from 7am to 9pm. At weekends before 9am and after 5pm, we have an external company that will process your order. If for any reason they cannot help with your enquiry, a message will be passed to our customer service team, and we will call you back as soon as possible.

How do I change or cancel my order?

 

If you have already placed an order but wish to cancel it, please email us at post@rohan.co.uk

 

We’ll try our best to make any changes, but sadly we can’t make any guarantees as the order may have already been processed. In such cases, you may have to wait until you receive the order and then follow the returns procedure using the free returns label provided.

 

Where is my order?

 

If you’d like to check the status of your order, you can view this information online by logging into your account. Select your order history to see if the order is being processed or has been despatched. 

 

Once the order is despatched you will receive an email with a link to track your parcel. Please contact our customer service team if you would like us to look into your order status further. During sale and busy periods, the delivery may take longer than normal. 

 

Have you received my return?

 

Please allow up to 14 days for a refund/exchange to be processed. If you ordered online, you’ll receive an email confirming your return as soon as it has been processed. If a refund has been requested this will be made against your original payment method. Please bear in mind that it can take 3-5 working days for the refund to show in your account, depending on your card provider.
