If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to organise an exchange or refund.

Returns & Exchanges
When posting an item to us please complete the returns form included with your order. If you don’t have one please include a note with your full contact details and tell us if you’d like to exchange or receive a refund.
For fast returns we recommend you use Yodel – this service costs £3.60 and allows you to use any Yodel drop off point that’s convenient to you.

Alternatively, you can use Royal Mail for your return, using the instructions below – this service comes at no extra cost, but returned delivery times can vary.

1. Download your generated label, print it off at home and take the parcel to a Post Office.
2. Take your email/ QR code and parcel to a Post Office and Royal Mail will print the label for you.
We do ask that you request a proof of postage receipt when making your return to your local post office for reference. If you require any help, please email our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please allow up to 14 days for returns to be processed, especially during sale periods.
If you are only returning part of your order, it is our policy (in line with Distance Selling Regulations) not to repay the delivery charges.

Rohan Designs Ltd
For International returns, a customs invoice is required, please include your original despatch note within your return parcel. Please mark your parcel as returned goods. Rohan are not responsible for the costs of returning the item.

Refunds via credit or debit card
If a refund has been requested this will be made against your original payment method. Please bear in mind it can take 3-5 working days for the refund to show in your account, depending upon the card provider.
Refunds via Gift Card
If you purchased using a Rohan gift card, we’ll issue you with a new gift card to the value of your refund.
If you return your order and request an exchange for a cheaper item, the price difference will be put onto a Gift Card. If you want to exchange for a more expensive item, we’ll get in touch to organise taking the extra payment.
Refunds via PayPal
If you made your purchase online using PayPal, your return cannot be processed in-store and you will need to post your parcel to Rohan head office so that we can process your return.
>If you made your purchase in-store or online using a PayPal debit card, then this is treated as a normal card transaction and your return can either be processed in-store or you can post your parcel to Rohan head office.
When PayPal orders are refunded you will receive confirmation from PayPal directly.
You can cancel your order within 14 days of full receipt of the goods providing you contact customer service email@example.com stating your desire to do so.
You will be refunded the cost of the goods plus the original postage charge up to a maximum of our standard delivery charge (i.e. not including any premium you may have paid for priority delivery).
