We have a friendly team who really want to help you; knowledgeable about our products and the Rohan business. In normal working hours you will speak to someone who is employed by us and will do their very best to find a solution for you whether it is information relating to a specific product or more details about an order you have placed with us. Outside of normal working hours (9am to 5pm Monday to Friday) your call will be directed to our ‘out of hours’ family run call centre who we have worked with for over 5 years.

At weekends, before 9am and after 5pm we have a support line where your call will be handled by an external company that will be able to place an order and help where possible. If for any reason they are not able to help with your enquiry, a message will be passed to the customer service team to call you back as soon as possible.

How do I change or cancel my order?
If you have placed an order but then wish to cancel it, please email us on email@example.com. We’ll try our best to make any changes, but sadly we can’t make any guarantees as the order may already have been processed. In such cases, you may have to wait until you receive the order and then follow the returns procedure using the free returns label provided.
Where is my Order?
For the latest status of your order, you can view this information on line by logging onto your account. Select order history as this will show if the order is being processed or has been despatched. Once the order is despatched you will receive an email with a link to track your parcel. Please contact our customer service team on 0800 840 1411 if you would like us to look into your order status further. During Sale and busy periods delivery will take longer than normal.
Have you received my return?
Please allow up to 14 days for a refund/exchange to be processed. You’ll receive an email confirming your return as soon as it has been processed. If a refund has been requested this will be made against your original payment method. Please bear in mind it can take 3-5 working days for the refund to show in your account, depending upon the card provider.
