If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, or need to exchange an item, please post it back to us within 100 days from the date you purchased your item/s using the free returns label included with your item/s. We really appreciate you letting us know why you are returning your item/s by completing the Returns Form.
If 100 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot promise a full refund. Please contact us before sending the item/s back.
In light of the current Coronavirus pandemic, we would only encourage you to head to your local post office to return items when it is completely safe to do so. When you do return your item/s at your local post office, please request a proof of posting certificate.

For International returns, please mark your parcel as "returned goods" otherwise it may get held up at customs which will cause your refund to be delayed.

You have the right to cancel your order at any point up to 14 days after full receipt of the goods providing you contact our Customer Services team stating your desire to do so, after which you should then return your goods to us using the free returns label (this is available for UK customers only) within 14 days.
You will be refunded the cost of the goods plus the original postage cost up to a maximum of our standard UK mainland delivery charge (i.e. not including any premium you may have paid for priority delivery). If you are returning only part of your order, it is our policy (in line with current Distance Selling Regulations) not to repay the delivery charge.
