Rohan Preston is located in the Miller Arcade, Preston’s first indoor shopping centre, constructed in 1899. The Arcade was once a traditional Turkish Bath. It is modelled on the larger Burlington Arcade in London and is an architectural gem which still remains a draw more than a century on for its independent well-known shops, restaurants, bars, history and architecture.
Store staff would highly recommend The Wildlife Trust’s Brockholes Wetland and Woodland Reserve – a £10m floating visitor centre at the former Brockholes Quarry, off junction 31 of the M6 at Preston. This is a wonderful 106-hectare wetland and woodland site to explore.
