Feather light, zipped roomy side pockets, good fit and colour. Perhaps in stone another time, too? Very happy with purchase.

These are my absolute favourite walking shorts/trousers. Have been buying them for years. They don't wear out! Can't believe I got them at this price.

I have two pairs of these and love them - with one exception. The fit is good, the fabric is very comfortable, with just enough stretch but not so much they have to be hitched up all the time, and the length flattering. But the pockets are poor, in my view: there are only three, and none are big enough to comfortably fit my phone (which is one of the smallest you can get these days). I can just zip my phone into one of the front pockets, but it digs into me at every step and I can't step over a stile without taking it out. I've never managed to work out any use for the thigh pocket (except for a ticket...). I bought the second pair online in the sale, knowing they are comfortable and cool & flattering, but in a vain hope they'd have improved the pockets since last year... Since i use my phone for navigation and recording birds, i need frequent access so i don't want to put it in a rucksack, and the Stretch Bags pocket is perfect for quick access - but they don't do a 3/4 length. I am also always surprised that the legs of the capris seem much slimmer fit than the full-length Roamers, which I don't buy since I find them too baggy (I prefer Stretch Bags fit for general wear). But since the Capris are for summer wear, I would appreciate a slightly wider & more airy cut, like the full length ones... But I would recommend them if you don't expect much from pockets.

Comfortable and easy to wear. Wash easily and dry quickly
