    The Women’s Dry Ranger Trousers are a great addition to your next winter adventure. Our Barricade Standard waterproof Drop Liner is waterproof, windproof and breathable, adding weatherproof protection to this seemingly regular pair of cargo trousers.

    These comfortable, practical and versatile trousers have 5 zipped secure pockets to hold all the small valuables you might need when you’re out on the hills. The 2 main side pockets are dry lined to provide extra protection for your essentials when it’s pouring with rain, and all 5 pockets are covered by welts that stop water from getting in, so you can keep exploring in inclement weather.

    A webbing belt, an offset dual snap waist opening and elasticated side panels allow for a comfortable and customisable fit. For added comfort and durability as you cross open fields and forest trails, a diamond-shaped gusset has been added to the inside leg and scuff tape has been secured to the hem.

    The Dry Ranger Trousers have our Barricade Standard waterproof Drop Liner to keep you dry in winter storms. This means that the waterproof inner layer is attached to the waist seam and ‘dropped’ to the bottom of the legs, with taped seams to stop any water from seeping through.

    For maximum comfort on all your outdoor adventures, stretch and a Durable Water Repellency finish have been added to the outer fabric of these trousers. Durable Water Repellency forces water droplets to bead up and roll off the fabric, preventing it from wetting out. Combining this with our Barricade Standard waterproof technology, the Dry Ranger trousers enable you to continue your day unbothered by any storms that might be brewing.

Packable - Pack Size 1600ml

Low pack size is a benefit whether you’re packing for a day’s walking or for the trip of a lifetime. We continually scrutinise fabric specification and garment construction to minimise the packed size of our clothing. The actual pack size is tested and listed.

Fast Drying - Drying Time 10 hours

All Rohan clothing is designed to be very fast drying – as much a benefit for unexpected downpours as anything else. It’s easy to wash and often needs no ironing. Almost all garments will dry overnight, meaning you can take less with you. We test every item and list its drying time.

  • Durable Water Repellency

    Our DWR finish is an advanced treatment which dramatically increases the water repellency of our fabrics. On its own, it offers a useful level of shower resistance; used in conjunction with our Barricade technology, it reduces the tendency of the face fabric to wet out and maximizes breathability.

  • Drop-Liner Barricade

    The Barricade standard gives you reassurance of a high level of waterproof protection. All of our waterproofs must meet our Barricade Standard to be ten times the British standard for waterproofing.

    The garment has a non-waterproof outer fabric with a waterproof inner fabric that is stitched to the garment. These waterproof walking trousers can look just like your regular trousers.

  • Secure Pockets

    Losing possessions when you’re close to home is frustrating, but losing your car keys, passport, phone or wallet while you’re travelling can really spoil your adventure. That’s why we put lots of thought into developing safer pockets – deeper, zipped and hidden.
