When posting an item to us please complete the returns form included with your order. If you don’t have one please include a note with your full contact details.
For fast returns we recommend you use Yodel – this service costs £3.60 and allows you to use any Yodel drop off point that’s convenient to you.

Alternatively, you can use Royal Mail for your return, using the instructions below – this service comes at no extra cost, but returned delivery times can vary.

- Download your generated label, print it off at home and take the parcel to a Post Office.
- Take your email/ QR code and parcel to a Post Office and Royal Mail will print the label for you.
We do ask that you request a proof of postage receipt when making your return to your local post office for reference. If you require any help, please email our customer service team at post@rohan.co.uk.
Please allow up to 14 days for returns to be processed, especially during sale periods.
If you are only returning part of your order, it is our policy (in line with Distance Selling Regulations) not to repay the delivery charges.
