    Designed for adventures in warmer climates, this protective and adaptable long sleeve shirt is ideal for everything from wilderness expeditions to hiking the hills and wandering around town. UPF40+ Sun Protection technology, Dynamic Moisture Control, and a sun collar offer protection and comfort when temperatures rise. Avoid getting bitten by bugs and insects with the Insect Shield® treatment in the material. As an extra layer of security against unwanted insects, this shirt features a double layer anti-insect placket.  

     To ensure you can carry all your adventure essentials, there are 4 pockets distributed across the shirt. Two drop pockets on the chest provide convenient storage for things you need close to hand, the snap button closure makes it easy to access them whenever you need. For larger or more valuable items, the two large secure zipped chest pockets with embroidered eyelets for ventilation are ideal. Inside each zipped chest pocket is a snap fastened dry loop that allows you to easily hang the shirt up to dry or attach your keys to the inside of the pocket. 2 glasses loops provide easy storage for your eyewear when not in use.  

     A pleat at the back of the shirt facilitates freedom of movement and encourages airflow through the shirt. Snap buttons on the central placket and cuffs allows for easy wear and adaptable fit. This shirt is designed with a relaxed fit to make it easy to wear over a base layer and to increase airflow in hot and humid climates.

Packable - Pack Size 580ml

Low pack size is a benefit whether you’re packing for a day’s walking or for the trip of a lifetime. We continually scrutinise fabric specification and garment construction to minimise the packed size of our clothing. The actual pack size is tested and listed.

Fast Drying - Drying Time 3 hours

All Rohan clothing is designed to be very fast drying – as much a benefit for unexpected downpours as anything else. It’s easy to wash and often needs no ironing. Almost all garments will dry overnight, meaning you can take less with you. We test every item and list its drying time.

  • Dynamic Moisture Control

    DMC is a wicking technology that rapidly spreads the moisture our bodies create across the surface area of a garment. This can be achieved through the technical construction of the garment or by a performance coating and ensures that the garment dries more quickly, encourages evaporative heat loss and helps you stay cooler and more comfortable for longer.

  • Insect Shield®

    Insect Shield® technology converts clothing into convenient, comfortable and effective protection against biting insects. Each garment is treated with permethrin – an invisible and odourless ingredient that helps protect against insects such as mosquitoes, ticks, ants, flies, chiggers and midges.

  • Sun Protection UPF 40+

    This garment has been tested in accordance with recognised international standards for ultraviolet radiation protection – and has been awarded a rating of UPF 40+. The protection offered may be significantly reduced with extended wear or if the garment is stretched or wet. Any associated UV risks will vary according to individual skin type or medical history.

  • Secure Pockets

    Losing possessions when you’re close to home is frustrating, but losing your car keys, passport, phone or wallet while you’re travelling can really spoil your adventure. That’s why we put lots of thought into developing safer pockets – deeper, zipped and hidden.
