Inevitably, there are occasions when something unexpected happens and they will need to be repaired – maybe it is a zip that needs replacing or a tear that needs a patch repair.
You can items for repair by taking the item to your nearest store or online.
Instore
- Take your item to your nearest store
- Your details will be obtained and payment taken
- The item will be sent off for repair
- Once repaired, the item will be sent back to store
- You will be contacted when the item is ready for collection
Online
- Select the repair and product type
- Complete the order
- Payment will be taken
- You will be sent an email and a pre-paid label and repair form
- Post the item to us using the pre-paid label

Not just a patching service but a real repair service. Thanks for giving me new life to my favourite pair of Rohan trousers. My stretch bag trousers lost the outer seam around bottom area. First Rohan failure I’ve had in 20 yrs. For £10 I sent them off, repaired trousers came back looking like new, no doubt giving them years more service. Great idea providing this facility.
