The Women's Striders are all about comfort; the outer fabric provides stretch and protection with Durable Water Repellency (DWR), which enables water to bead up and roll off the garment, so you can stay dry in any unexpected showers that pass overhead while you’re exploring the hills.
These comfortable stretchy trousers are made with our durable MultiFlex fabric, a blend of polyester and elastane, to allow for greater freedom of movement when out on the trails on chilly days, when the weather is unpredictable. On the inside, stay protected from the cold with a soft-to-touch brushed fleece backing that is comfortable on the skin.
The Striders are simplistic yet highly technical, which we at Rohan are well known for. Ideal for any outdoor activity, yet smart enough for everyday general use, these will quickly become your favourite pair to grab; no matter the outing.
Keeping your valuables safe is a top priority when out on your adventures, with the Striders we made sure to provide that. Featuring three secure pockets; two hand pockets with zips at the front and one at the back to keep your valuables safe and close by whenever needed.

Sizing is certainly becoming an inconsistent issue with women’s trousers so these will be returned. However, when the fit is right they are excellent in warmth factor, and highly wind resistant and light rain deflection. Wash well too. Very comfortable. At 7” leg width at the hem this allows the leg to hang nicely and not snag on the boots when too narrow/tapered!Was this review helpful?1 day agoWomen's Striders Trousers CoalStriders, Abyss Green. I ordered 14 and 16, because I'm always uncertain of Rohan's fit. The 14 was good and I love the comfort of the high waist, the soft lining and the slight stretch. A really good pair of mid-season travelling trousers with excellent pockets. It would be great if you could get trousers in all ranges to fit us smaller ladies.i.e. X Small. after all you supply XL sizes. What happended to equality! Coincidentally, we bought Mens Striders at the same time and these, too are ridiculously undersized compared to other Striders bought a few weeks before..
