Yes, you can track your order by creating an account with us or logging into an existing Rohan account.

Once you have logged in, you can check the status of recent orders under the ‘Orders’ tab of the account page. When your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that will include a tracking number and link which you can use to track your order as it makes its way from our warehouse to your door. Our couriers for UK deliveries are Royal Mail and DPD, while we use DHL for international deliveries.

To start a return, please visit the Returns & Refunds page of our website.

If you are returning an order that was sent to a UK address, open the ‘Returns’ tab for step-by-step instructions on how to return it via Royal Mail. If you are returning an international order, open the ‘International Returns’ tab for more information.

Once your return has been confirmed, please allow up to 14 days for a refund to be made against your original payment method. If your order was placed online, we will send you an email confirming your return as soon as it has been processed. Depending on your card provider, the refund can take between 3 to 5 working days to show in your account.

No, you do not need to create an account to shop with us.

However, creating an account with us is easy and offers many benefits, including faster checkouts and the ability to save multiple shipping addresses, view your order history, and track new orders. A Rohan account also allows you to save items to a wish list and create your own wish lists, helping you curate a selection of clothes for an upcoming holiday or a list of equipment for your next hike. We’ll even send you an email when any of your saved items go on sale! 

Yes, our in-house service centre offers a range of repair services including zip replacements, patch and stitching repairs, and a specialist down and waterproofing service.

It also provides a wash and reproof service for waterproof garments that are still functional but have started to wet out on the outer fabric. For repairs to waterproof garments, we can send your garment to a trusted third-party company who will carry out the repair on our behalf.
