Although the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic has made the past year difficult for all of us, we're delighted to finally be opening our doors once more. With your safety at the heart, below is a reminder of the precautions we have in place across our Rohan stores. So, if you have missed chatting to our friendly staff, just know we are ready for when you visit.

To keep our customers and staff as safe as possible, we've introduced a number of additional safety precautions in place. If you have any questions or concerns before or during your visit, our friendly staff are always on hand to answer any questions.

Before entering our Rohan stores, please take note of the following precautions we have in place for your safety:

•  Facemasks must be worn by all customers (unless exempt). All our staff will be wearing masks as well.
• The number of customers inside our store will be managed carefully to meet social distancing guidelines and to allow customers to browse.
• Our sanitiser station can be found within the entrance of our stores - please use this before entering.
• You'll see floor markings throughout our Rohan stores. Please follow the markings for your safety, and the safety of others.
• Changing rooms will re-open, which again will be managed by our team instore to help maintain social distancing guidelines
•  All Rohan stores will be cleaned and fully sanitised every morning prior to opening. We continuously clean contact points throughout the day too, to keep you as safe as possible.
